You should also be flexible, self-motivated, have a high level of artistic ability, be able to work with others and in a group, and be able to communicate ideas easily. Many companies also look for people to make scale models or to paint, draw, or design sets or other parts of a digital landscape, so having these skills can also be very beneficial when applying for jobs.
