Established in 1874, UW-River Falls is especially know for its programs in education, agriculture, the sciences and business. It is located in the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway of western Wisconsin, and also is part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn. Students are able to experience the best of both worlds: a small town atmosphere on a beautiful campus, with exceptional opportunities for internships, recreation and employment in the Twin Cities.
