The construction of this facility was preceded by the addition of two new varsity teams, Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving. The Mellow Center for Athletics and Wellness, built in 2006, provides complete athletic training and workout facilities and a full-size athletic arena for hosting NCAA-level and regional sports competition. At Marywood, student-athletes can choose among 17 very competitive and successful intercollegiate NCAA Division III teams. \r\n\r\nMarywood’s commitment to its students goes beyond helping them earn a degree. From curriculum planning to professional accreditation to career services, Marywood University is focused on providing all students with the tools needed for long-term success. Marywood alumni become respected members of their communities, outstanding scholars, and leaders in their chosen professions.
