According to the school, Judson College offers a bachelor’s degree in equine studies which offers the perfect combination of equine-related academic courses and hands-on experience. We also offer a concentration in equine-facilitated mental health which is team taught by instructors who are NARHA Level I Instructor Certified. Students in this program can bring their own horse to college with them! Our students also compete in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association and place in regionals and nationals annually.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, Judson fields intercollegiate teams in soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, and tennis. Athletic scholarships are available.\r\n\r\n It is possible in most of our majors to earn your bachelor’s degree in two years and ten months. You attend three fall semesters, three spring semesters, and three short terms (May and June) and can graduate saving time and money. In fact, full time residential students may attend short term tuition free earning one year of college credit free!\r\n\r\nJudson received a grant from the Christ Is Our Salvation Foundation to fund the Office of Faith Based Service Learning. The world is full of needs and Judson students are filling those needs now – tutors in school, building self-help housing, backyard Bible clubs, community health fairs, preparing tax returns, etc.
