Endicott College is the first College in the nation to require all students to complete yearly internships. Today, Endicott remains dedicated to that vision and every student completes a first-year experience program, three work-experience internships, and a senior thesis. Endicott’s competency-based curriculum exposes students to their field of study early in the program. Master programs are offered in Business, Computer Science, Education, Interior Design, and Nursing. The core emphasizes research, communication, creative and analytic skills. The mission emphasizes values, community service, technological competency, diversity, international awareness, and ultimately, lives open to change.
