Since its founding over 150 years ago, Beloit prepares its 1300 students who come from 47 states and nearly 40 foreign countries to be at home in the world of ideas and to be active participants in changing contemporary times. It is on this beautiful 47-acre campus-reminiscent of its New England heritage-that students put the liberal arts into practice through internships, research opportunities, community service and global engagement in order to become responsible leaders in the 21st century. Beloit offers over 50 fields of study, including business and economics, pre-professional programs in engineering, medicine and health-related fields, international relations, creative writing and a renowned program in anthropology.
